About the Company

FMTC is a safety training provider, offering certified safety training for offshore, wind, maritime and industry. With state of the art on- and offline training facilities on 7 locations on 3 continents, FMTC provides high-end training solutions for a worldwide client base.

Together with its founder Rob Bruinsma and the management team, the business has developed from a leading local player in the Netherlands towards a global player by expanding its footprint towards 7 locations in the Netherlands, France, the United States and Saudi-Arabia.

The international expansion of FTMC has been fueled by opening up greenfield locations, expanding the training offering, the acquisition of On-Site training and instruction in the United States and the implementation of a high energy and experienced management team to guide the company in its development.

In 2023 FIELDS Group and its co-shareholders have sold the shares to Smile Invest, who continue to support the growth story of FTMC together with its management team.
