We are proud to announce that OAZ and Equivalence are combining their expertise and services. For more than 25 years, OAZ has supported employers in optimizing HR processes and financial benefits. With approximately 100 employees, OAZ manages the entire process—from application to administration and reporting – for more than 300 large employers in the Netherlands. Through deep expertise and a standardized approach, OAZ helps organizations maintain control over regulations and cost-saving opportunities.

Equivalence has been recognized for over 10 years as a high-quality specialist in the fields of ZW, WGA, and WW, the application and reporting of various social security schemes, and the reduction and management of Whk premiums. With a team of 30 employees, Equivalence provides its services to more than 100 large employers.

By joining forces, the combined organization offers a comprehensive range of services related to HR schemes and reimbursements. Together, the organizations increase their operational strength and are able to advise and support clients even more effectively, while maintaining the same level of quality and personal engagement clients are accustomed to.

OAZ, with offices in Goes and Huis ter Heide, has been active since 2000 as a specialist in HR services related to training, social security premiums, and wage cost benefits. The company supports medium-sized and large organizations (>250 employees) in optimizing financial returns and managing personnel-related risks.

About Equivalence

Equivalence, based in De Goorn and employing approximately 30 people, provides specialized HR services in the field of social security. The company supports large organizations (>500 employees) in the complex execution of related legislation and regulations, combining strategic advice with practical implementation to fully unburden its clients.
