Lennips Groep finds partner in FIELDS Group

Amsterdam, November 20, 2025 – FIELDS Group announces the acquisition of Lennips Groep Vastgoedonderhoud B.V.

Lennips Groep Vastgoedonderhoud (“Lennips Groep”), a family-owned company in the northeast of the Netherlands active in property maintenance and renovation, has entered into a partnership with investor FIELDS Group to realize its ambitions in the Dutch property maintenance market.

Founded in 1966 and headquartered in Hardenberg, Lennips Groep is a leading player in property maintenance and renovation. The company offers a wide range of services, including façade and roof maintenance, painting, glass repair, and long-term maintenance planning. With subsidiaries Schildersbedrijf Lennips and Kollmer Bouw and locations in Hardenberg, Ommen, and Emmen, Lennips Groep serves housing corporations, municipalities, institutional real estate parties, as well as contractors. The company distinguishes itself through craftsmanship, a high degree of digitalization, and certifications such as VGO-keur and ERM.
