FIELDS Group is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement to acquire ICCR-Roßdorf GmbH. ICCR-Roßdorf is a Contract Research Organization (CRO) with a focus on genotoxicology research for pharma, (agro)chemical, cosmetics and medical devices. ICCR-Roßdorf is a carve-out of a larger US corporation, fully certified according GLP, GMP, and ISO 17025.
