Cisol joins TTNL to strengthen mission-critical IT services

We are excited to announce that our portfolio company TTNL, a specialist in data management and hybrid multi-cloud solutions, has acquired Cisol BV (“Cisol”). Cisol is a renowned IT services provider with deep expertise in Enterprise Open Source, application modernization and mission-critical IT infrastructure. The acquisition is part of TTNL’s buy & build strategy and strengthens its position as a leading IT partner for modernizing and securing business-critical workloads.

Cisol has built a strong reputation in managing AIX, Linux and cloud environments, offering 24/7 monitoring, proactive support and a strong focus on security and performance. The company’s team of specialized engineers will join TTNL, enhancing its capabilities in hybrid IT environments and accelerating its mission to support digital transformation.
