Logistic Force strengthens regional presence and gains access to an international recruitment proposition with the acquisition of Transport People

We are excited to announce that our portfolio company Logistic Force, a full-service HR provider for the transport and logistics sectors, has acquired Transport People. Transport People is a staffing and training company focused on the transport and logistics sectors. Operating from its offices in Naaldwijk & Maasdijk, Transport People serves a diverse client base throughout the Netherlands by staffing Dutch as well as international truck drivers.

This acquisition improves Logistic Force’s strategic positioning by providing access to a high-quality international recruitment proposition that better enables the company to better meet the growing demand for qualified truck drivers in the Dutch market. Furthermore, the merger of operations strengthens the regional presence of Logistic Force in the province of Zuid-Holland where Transport People over the years has built up a solid market position.

After years of successful growth, entrepreneurs Reinier Persoon and Dennis de Klein (former owners of Transport People) have now chosen to join forces with Logistic Force.
