Logistic Force add-on acquisition

Logistic Force takes its first step across the border with the acquisition of Belgian Edco

We are pleased to announce that Logistic Force, a specialist HR service provider for the transport and logistics sectors, has acquired Edco. Edco is a Belgian specialist focused on training (via its own driving school and internal training center) and staffing of truck drivers. The company operates from locations in Genk and Zulte Waregem and was founded 14 years ago by Frank van Langendonck.

This acquisition gives Logistic Force direct access to the Belgian market through a strong partner with deep sector expertise. Martin van Dijk, CEO of Logistic Force, states: “With the strategic acquisition of Edco, we are creating a new platform alongside the Dutch market, and Logistic Force has taken its first step towards becoming a leading market player in the Benelux. A growth plan is ready, which the new country director will shape together with the team.”
