Zurück zur ÜbersichtFIELDS Group announces that it has sold Maehler & Kaege to Reflex & Allen, an industrial company focusing on pneumatics, electronics, fluid power and safety devices for commercial vehicles.
Maehler & Kaege, has a history of more than 100 years as a high-quality producer of coils, electrical connectors and wire & cable harnessing for heavy commercial vehicles, military & special vehicles. Reflex & Allen was founded in 1988 and consists of four product divisions: Pneumatic, Electrical, Fluid Power and Safety Devices.
FIELDS Group and Company management have worked hand-in-hand the last years to further develop and improve the business of Maehler & Kaege. During a period of three years, the Company has further invested in and optimized its production facilities & capabilities for heavy duty electrical connections. Additionally, cost improvements were made and its market position has been further developed.
Based on these structural improvements and the premium German brand Maehler & Kaege, Reflex & Allen through this acquisition strengthens its market position and plays a leading role in further market consolidation.
