CycleFusion expands its position in the European B2B2C e-commerce market for bicycle spare parts and select bikes with the acquisition of Hibike in Germany
We are pleased to announce that CycleFusion GmbH, a leading integrated European B2B2C e-commerce player focused on bicycle spare parts and select bikes, has acquired Hibike. Hibike is a well-known brand focusing on biking enthusiasts with a strong online presence and its own experience center in Kronberg Germany.
Thorsten Vogt, CEO of CycleFusion explains: “We are very pleased with Hibike to have found a strategic addition to our group. This is our third add-on acquisition. We are planning to further invest in the business long-term.”
