About the Company

Vink Group is a market leading provider and installer of critical clean air infrastructure solutions, with a focus on growing and demanding end markets such as life sciences, (tech-)industry, agri-tech and food.

With a highly skilled workforce of approximately 150 employees, Vink Group operates as a main contractor and subcontractor for a variety of clients, offering a wide range of services from design & engineering to production, installation and maintenance.

Together with a newly installed CEO, FIELDS has supported Vink Group in transitioning towards a highly client and project focused organization.

In 2023 Vink Group was sold to Steboma, a Waterland backed ventilation specialist for the residential market.

Fabianne Onderwater

Fabianne blends her strong financial expertise with teamwork and hands-on investment experience, enabling her to turn companies and teams into a success. She believes that true results are achieved through strong leadership, a clear strategy, teamwork, shared dedication and a willingness to go the extra mile together when needed. Fabianne’s strength is going to the core of issues, with a pragmatic approach.

Before joining FIELDS, she worked as a financial advisor at Accuracy in Paris and Amsterdam, where Fabianne supported listed companies, investment funds, and entrepreneurs in navigating complex financial situations.

Fabianne has an MSc in International Management/CEMS from the Rotterdam School of Management and an MSc in Finance & Law from the Duisenberg School of Finance in Amsterdam.

In her free time, Fabianne enjoys exploring new places through travel and finds relaxation in walks, movies, reading and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Joris van Gils

High-energy and driven, Joris thrives on the excitement of deal-making and the challenge of building great teams & companies. Pragmatic and hands-on, he believes durable businesses are created through clear execution and close cooperation with management teams.

Starting his career in corporate finance at a Dutch mid-market boutique, Joris developed a deep understanding of how to structure and close transactions while building lasting relationships with entrepreneurs. Over his career, Joris has played a key role in more than 100 deals. Since the founding of FIELDS, he has played a key role in many investments, applying a broad set of strategies across industries including technical services, staffing, manufacturing, and education.

Outside of work, Joris enjoys active family time — often in the mountains, both in summer and winter. Passionate about sports, he can be found mountain biking, running, skiing, in the gym, or on the padel court. True to his Brabant roots, he also appreciates the social side of life and doesn’t shy away from a good party now and then.
