Archive-IT is a large independent archiving solutions specialist. The company offers services and software for (a) information management, (b) the digitization of information and (c) archiving of physical and digital data. The company is active in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Germany and has a diverse customer base including hospitals, governments, law firms, and multinationals. By combining deep sector expertise with innovative technology, the company ensures that sensitive information remains secure, accessible, and compliant with all necessary legal requirements.

Since partnering with FIELDS Group in 2021, the company has broadened its software offering and expanded its international footprint in France and Germany. Amongst other steps, two add-ons have been successfully acquired & integrated and a new greenfield location in Germany was opened.

In 2025 the business was sold to SB Italia (backed by Argos Fund), a leading specialist in digital transformation.
