André combines an entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for operational excellence. Before joining FIELDS, he scaled a startup with friends, where he was responsible for Finance and amongst others led several funding rounds. Earlier in his career, he worked in Investment Banking at HSBC and supported mid-market entrepreneurs and Management Teams in buying, selling and financing businesses at Capitalmind (today: Investec Advisory). What drives him is bringing people together – he believes that strong relationships and well-functioning teams are the foundation for building great companies. With an eye for detail and a love for tackling challenges, André enjoys navigating complex situations and striving for excellence in everything he does.

Nicole thrives on building strong and trustful relationships. Her natural curiosity drives her to keep learning, ask the right questions, and explore new perspectives – qualities she now brings into her work at FIELDS. With a background in Finance and Accounting, and prior experience in banking audit and tech M&A, she enjoys combining a structured and analytical approach with an entrepreneurial mindset. A fan of pragmatic solutions, she is known for keeping a clear head even in stressful situations.

René is experienced in successful transformations, buy-and-build, and hands-on investments. He was CEO and on the Supervisory Board of various companies in business services, IT services, pharma services, among others. René knows what it is to run a company. He has a no-nonsense view on things. And he knows how to see and seize opportunities. Before starting FIELDS, René was a member of the Bain & Company MT and an Associate Partner with Monitor Group. René started his career in corporate restructuring with KPMG Germany. René studied Business Economics at Maastricht University and Corporate Strategy at INSEAD.
