Lisa combines strong financial expertise with a pragmatic, relationship-driven approach to investing. She began her career in structured finance, where she worked on complex transactions and developed knowledge of debt instruments. She later gained experience at an investment fund active in public markets and minority private equity, before joining FIELDS to focus on small-cap opportunities. With a background in stakeholder management and transaction execution, she values building lasting relationships and supporting companies in achieving their goals and the next steps in their journey.

High-energy and driven, Joris thrives on the excitement of deal-making and the challenge of building great teams & companies. Pragmatic and hands-on, he believes durable businesses are created through clear execution and close cooperation with management teams.

Starting his career in corporate finance at a Dutch mid-market boutique, Joris developed a deep understanding of how to structure and close transactions while building lasting relationships with entrepreneurs. Over his career, Joris has played a key role in more than 100 deals. Since the founding of FIELDS, he has played a key role in many investments, applying a broad set of strategies across industries including technical services, staffing, manufacturing, and education.

Bas holds a Master of Science in Econometrics from Erasmus University Rotterdam. He combines a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, turning ideas into measurable results. Known for his curiosity, structured approach, and keen analytical skills, Bas excels at guiding teams through complex challenges while keeping sight of the bigger picture. With a collaborative style and focus on practical execution, he is driven by helping teams unlock their full potential.
