Reflex &amp; Allen was founded in 1988 and consists of four product divisions: Pneumatic, Electrical, Fluid Power and Safety Devices.<\/p>\n<p>FIELDS Group and Company management have worked hand-in-hand the last years to further develop and improve the business of Maehler &amp; Kaege. During a period of three years, the Company has further invested in and optimized its production facilities &amp; capabilities for heavy duty electrical connections. Additionally, cost improvements were made and its market position has been further developed.<\/p>\n<p>Based on these structural improvements and the premium German brand Maehler &amp; Kaege, Reflex &amp; Allen through this acquisition strengthens its market position and plays a leading role in further market consolidation.<\/p>\n<h3>About FIELDS Group<\/h3>\n<p>FIELDS Group is a renowned industrial holding with offices in Amsterdam and Munich.
